4. Project Delivery

We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by client feedback or changes to scope may extend the timeline. We will communicate proactively about any timeline adjustments.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide necessary materials and information promptly
  • Respond to requests for feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Respect intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, skills, and non-confidential elements in future work.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
