Our Commitment
At Acleworks, client satisfaction is our priority. We work closely with you throughout each project to ensure deliverables meet your expectations. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and project adjustments.
Project Deposits
Deposits are required to secure your project spot and initiate work. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover initial research, planning, and resource allocation.
Before Work Begins
If you need to cancel before work has started, we will refund your deposit in full, minus any administrative fees (typically 5% or $50, whichever is greater).
During the Project
If you need to cancel mid-project, refunds will be calculated based on work completed. You will receive all completed deliverables, and any unused funds will be refunded within 14 business days.
Revisions and Adjustments
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds (as specified in your proposal). We're committed to getting it right. If deliverables don't match the agreed scope after all revision rounds, we will:
- Provide additional revisions at no cost, or
- Offer a partial refund for the specific deliverable
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the final deliverables and we cannot resolve the issue through revisions, we offer:
- For fixed-price services: Up to 50% refund on the specific service
- For custom projects: Refund for work not yet completed
What's Not Covered
- Change of mind after deliverables meet agreed specifications
- Third-party costs (hosting, domains, software licenses)
- Rush delivery fees
- Projects completed and approved in writing
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@acleworks.com with:
- Your project name/ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant documentation
We will respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
